Yellow Belly Bluebirds, 1oz, COE 96 Murrini

Per many requests, I got this sweet bird remade for this week's sale! I made several batches so there should be plenty for everyone this week. The shades of blue used in the first version (the one two weeks ago) are slightly different this time (more of the darker blue), but there is still a lot of beautiful yellow belly showing! This bright and cheerful bird will make an adorable addition to any scene. To retain the outer shape of the bird, a very light tack fuse is recommended. They will come in packages of 6 smaller birds, 5 regular sized birds (pictured), or 4 large birds. The "regular" size bird is shown in the above photo.

This adorable bird design was created by Lori Moreno from Wilderness Glass, who shared her design with me. They are the perfect touch when a little Bluebird is needed. TACK FUSE to keep the outer shape intact. This murrini will round out quickly, so a test fuse is recommended. Sizes in each package will vary.

Wheeled nippers placed on his back and belly will snip this cutie with ease. In past designs I've painted little black legs on him if he is running on the beach.

They were hand-pulled by me in my glass shop’s vitrigraph kiln, annealed and tested. See photo with dime for size reference. They were photographed in the best lighting possible to show accurate colors (however all computer monitors render colors differently). I used Oceanside fusible glass. COE 96.

Canes will be packaged by size: Smaller side, Medium Side, and Larger side.
