Collection and Use of Personal Information
When you visit Beth Alongi Glass I collect information on what device you're using, the pages being browsed, and times of day you have visited to help us determine which products and styles are best suited to have on the site. When purchasing on my site you provide your name, address, and email address so that I may have the information required to ship your purchases to you and/or contact you regarding your purchases. I do not share this information other than with our web host when printing out the shipping label for your order. This information is kept in case we may need to contact you regarding your order or if there are any issues with your payment.
I do not see your payment details such as credit or debit card numbers. The personal information you have entered on my site during your purchase, including payment information, will be shared with payment processors based on how you choose to pay.
Shared Information
Your name and shipping information is shared with our web host in order to purchase and print out the postage necessary to ship your orders. Your name and shipping address is visible and provided to the shipping services used. We may share your personal data if required to do so by a subpoena, via a search warrant, or any other legal request in which we are required to do so by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information stored on my site. I can delete your account and related info, information you provided when making a purchase and information provided to us, such as email addresses, if you've contacted me through the site.
